At The Firm we want you to relax and focus on your workout not logistics, this starts with The Firm’s easy freeway access, plenty of free parking, lots of showers, full juice bar, and convenient Studio Classes in Downtown Minneapolis.

My circuit class focuses on muscle endurance, combined with cardiovascular movements that leave you feeling worked out and not worn out! I have been teaching for 30 years and I welcome all fitness levels, for a safe, efficient, & fun workout that works.
I have been a dancer all my life and it has been the center of my life since I can remember. For 4 years, I toured as a singer and dancer with my best friend Kat Perkins, The Voice's Season 6 finalist. I am currently the head varsity dance team coach at Academy of Holy Angels and recently brought my team to the state finals. My cardio Hip Hop choreography is not only fun, but guarantees a great workout!
To provide access for dance for all levels, experience and abilities. You will have fun whether you have years of dance experience, or are someone who is a professional living-room dancer.
I have been teaching for over 30 years, everything from old school aerobics to Pilates to Barre to Zumba and Cardio Hip Hop. I have a passion for choreography and my love for dance really comes out when I teach Cardio Hip Hop. Fun choreography, great music, great people and you got a great cardio workout.
After teaching fitness classes since 1982, I learned to box in Spain in 1992 when I was teaching aerobics at The ATLANTIS Boxing Gym. In 1994 she and Kelly Miyamoto started The Firms Kick Boxing Program. What started out with a grapevine and a punch, flourished into a full fledged, full body, fully engaged Kick-Boxing class. While I have taught many classes over the last 30+ years, Kick-boxing has always been my one true love!
I love to teach and I love to learn. I am always a student, always honing my skills in the areas of health and wellness. I have a passion for form and function. In my personal training sessions we will first address structural issues and then build programming to address your workout goals. From rehabilitation, sports training, weight loss to a good ol fashioned ass kicking, we can get er done. I will not only work on your body, but also "get your head in the game" with holistic health and wellness coaching
I want every athlete to have a great Firm experience every time they come to class.
You may have already heard stories about me and my classes at The Firm, it has been my home and my passion for 28 years. Those 28 years have given me some killer cardio choreography and great one liners to keep you laughing. I am not known for being politically correct or shy on any level, but I am known for making your workout an event and teaching every class likes it’s my last. Believe in yourself and come be a part of the show.
Pick up those weights and rock to some good tunes as you connect to your breath, your muscles, and your spirit. My CT class will allow you to challenge yourself and focus on your personal strength while having a fun workout.
I love to teach, and have been for 24 years. Seeing clients grow and progress is a huge motivator for me. My Circuit Training class is a little bit of everything, Cardio, Boxing, Strength, Endurance, Yoga, and Karoke. In Bag Boxing it’s all about punching the bag and combinations. I look forward to seeing you grow in either class.
My Dynamic Power class is my own combination of Convict Conditioning or “Jail Yard Workout.”
I use Progressive Calisthenics, Body Weight, Mobility, Flexibility, Strength and a dash of Capoeira to create a class and workout like no other. And not only is the class unique but so is the music, since it’s all mixed by me. Come check it out!
