The FREE WEEK is seven consecutive days for you to try any of our regular schedule classes, as well as use of the gym equipment.
If there is a class you would like to try, just come in about 10 minutes before the class is scheduled to start and anyone at the front desk can get you signed up and show you around.
If you would like to try a spin class, we suggest you call ahead for a reservation 612-377-3003.
If you just want to use the gym equipment you can do that anytime.
All you gotta do is show up.
