FIRM CrossFit is an extremely efficient and effective way to get into world-class shape. CrossFit started at a maverick gym in Santa Cruz, and quickly spread to Olympic and professional athletes, police and military special operations units, champion martial artists, and everyday people looking for a serious ass kicking. CrossFit is a universal and scalable workout, so whatever shape you're starting from, you'll be able to jump right in—but you’ll always be challenged.

Melding weightlifting, rowing, kettlebell, plyometics and gymnastics, FIRM CrossFit helps our clients achieve proficiency in ten fitness domains: cardiovascular/respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, agility, balance, coordination, and accuracy

Each FIRM CrossFit session includes a warm-up, a skill development segment, and a high-intensity workout that lasts one hour. The coolest part is that the every “Workout of the Day” (WOD) is configured to support by the next days workout. Every workout acts in harmony with successive workouts providing complete and balanced fitness. Boom. You got sexier

Nonmembers pay $35 per Session. All Firm CrossFit Attendees must complete the 3-session "Foundations Course" at a cost of $240.00
