There is no better way to push your workout over the edge than with interval training. Interval training may seem like a cakewalk, because it’s a workout session on spinning bikes, which you do all the time already. The key lies, however, in the methods our veteran trainers use to teach it. Because of the fancy way that intervals noodle with your heart rate, it promotes lean muscle mass and cardio stamina, and is incredibly efficient for burning fat. And the fat burning magic continues for up to several hours after the session. For realz. So it’s kind of like an all-day workout that you can
do in a few minutes.
Interval training involves working within heart rate zones—alternating short, intense bursts of physical activity (at a higher heart rate) with brief periods of rest. Benefits of interval training include: Increasing cardio vascular capacity, raising your metabolism, increasing lean muscle mass, and improving other fitness activities that you enjoy.
Everyone's heart rate zones are different; interval training gives you the opportunity to have a more personalized approach to figuring out your heart rate zones and learning to train in and above them in order to maximize the return on all of your workouts.

30-minute sessions are $20.
60-minute session are $35.
These sessions start right on time, but it is recommended that you show up 10-15 minutes early to warm up on your own. Advance reservations are not required, however if it's your first time, contact the trainer beforehand so they can answer any questions and mentally prepare you for a serious ass-whuppin’.
