Everyone keeps a mental list of things that sound dirty, but aren’t. “That’s What She Said,” may be the most common form of this parlance, made familiar by the uncommonly funny Steve Carell of The Office. The fitness movement called Kettlebells is also rife with these titillating bits. You could spend a whole hour perfecting the snatch and the jerk, for instance. Try doing that with a straight face.

Kettlebells is a very old, time-tested system for not only developing strength and endurance, but also improving one’s core strength—which helps you move gracefully, avoid injury and feel younger. Spencer Bradford teaches a skills-based class geared toward progressing through the techniques needed for Kettlebell sport, namely the snatch and the jerk. (That’s what she said.) He’ll also cover concepts in training programs for general conditioning and the actual Girevoy (Kettlebell) sport. (That’s what she said.) He’ll really wear you out! (That’s what she said.)
