The FIRM  NON IMPACT: slow and steady

 

Non-Impact is a smaller, more intimate class for beginners and plus-size participants, or others who benefit from a gentler exercise routine. The class format consists of an eclectic combination of dance aerobics, floor exercises, Pilates, yoga, free weights, and resistance balls.

Anyone who desires a gentle yet effective workout in a fun and accepting atmosphere will benefit from this class. Clients will have fun while getting a good but gentle cardio workout, gaining muscle strength, and improving flexibility; individual modification of exercise is acceptable and encouraged. Non-Impact will improve your overall physical and mental fitness through exercise and camaraderie.
